Nel 2012 la maison Cartier decreta il legittimo successore di Eau de Cartier: Essence de Bois, fragranza unisex dall’intensa struttura legnosa, agrumata e aromatica.
Una composizione moderna e fresca che unisce  aromi di erbe aromatiche, sensuale muschio e note orientali.
Le note di testa sono estremamente rinfrescanti, grazie ai toni agrumati di yuzu e bergamotto, che uniti alle foglie di violetta donano raffinatezza  alla fragranza.
Il cuore presenta una miscela vellutata di lavanda e violetta, poggiata su una base elegante di legno di agar (oud), patchouli, muschio e ambra grigia.
Il flacone mantiene le linee dell’originale, ma con sfumature marroni a sottolineare l’anima legnosa di questa nuova fragranza.

Directions for use: Spray the perfume by placing the bottle at least 12-18 cm away from the chest or body. Point the nozzle at the point where you will vaporize it. If your skin gets wet when you spray the perfume, the bottle is; too close. For a more decisive fragrance, apply the perfume on the pulse points: neck, nape, wrist, forearm and behind the ears. Vaporizes in the void and crosses the perfume cloud for a more delicate result.
