I have no e-mail and I can’t buy online.
Orders via phone: you can contact us from 09:00 a.m. to 1.00 p.m. and from 5:00 p.m. to 8:30 p.m, from Monday to Saturday. We will write down the products that you want and your address for the shipping.

I have no credit card or online accounts, may I directly pay on delivery?
Of course, ProfumoMania.com accepts cash on delivery too.
You will pay to the courier in cash. (We don’t accept cheque).

 

Are the installment payment methods I see on your site safe and interest-free?

Certainly, the 2 installment methods we have on our site are safe as transactions and card or bank account details are given directly to our SCALAPAY AND SOISY partners which are secure platforms and guaranteed by maximum protection.

You will not pay any commission as we pay all the commissions to SCALAPAY AND SOISY, you will pay only and exclusively the amount of the product we repeat without any commission.

Can I trust you? What guarantee can you offer?

In accordance with Legislative Decree no. 206/2005, implementing Directive 97/7 / EC, with ProfumoMania.com Company: Profumeria dei F.lli Napoleone F&G SNC, communicates that you can exercise the right of withdrawal within 14 days from the date of items receipt. In order to exercise this right, you must send notice by recorded delivery letter with advice of delivery within 48 hours after the arrival of the items, at the address: Perfumery Napoleone C.so Canio Musacchio No. 43 - 70024 Gravina in Puglia (Ba); the object that you will return there must be complete in all its parts composing it, in any accessories, in appearance and in its original packaging and accompanied by the invoice or sales receipt. The Perfumery Napoleon reserves the right to inspect the merchandise returned, in its integrity and completeness, before giving over to a refund; if the same is found to be integrated into the form, content, or at least, no longer in a position to be relisting, the right to reimbursement will not be recognized.

Enclose our receipt or the invoice you have received with the parcel and send it via  fax to +39 0805245910 or via e-mail.
 
Products must be sent again intact and with no defect to the wrapping. Then we recommend you to use an adequate package for the shipping.
Once we receive the parcel and check the contents (product/s and receipt or invoice), we will take care of the reimbursement.
 
I’m looking for a perfume no more produced, may I commission you in the research?
Profumomania.com has got a wide catalogue of Vintage Perfumes carefully selected before the selling.
In case you don’t find your perfume in the catalogue, send us an e-mail with the right name of the perfume and its brand. We will answer within 24 hours, after varied researches.

 

I consulted the section “treatments for face and body” but I am inexperienced and I am confused on the purchase.

Do I have to give gifts, can I ship to addresses other than mine?

Certainly. Our e-commerce also has an alternative shipping address, and a function in the cart that allows it for each product to:

  3. you can also enter a message for the recipient of the gift that we will print on an elegant card and insert it in the package.

Which credit cards do you accept and what security do you give me about data protection?
