The Perfume House of Molinard was founded in 1849 in Grasse, southern France. Even in those years, a variety of flowers were grown in the rural countryside: roses, oranges, jasmine, mimosas, violets, lavender and many others. Until the French Revolution, most of Europe acquired its essences from that region, the heart of French perfumery.
Forty years later, in 1900, the company's magnificent headquarters designed by architect Gustave Eiffel opened. English and Russian customers, among others, were welcomed in the typical style of French Provence. For five generations nothing has changed in Molinard.
The traditional artisanal production of perfumes has guaranteed the constant quality of these classics which have never been subject to the whims of fashion. Perfume is the trump in the game of temptation and seduction. An invitation to the senses to sink into a world of dreams.
