How to request a return
A return can be requested no later than 14 days from receipt of the return by accessing the orders section of your personal area. Here you will find the button to start the return procedure for the products you select. The return request will be reviewed by us and if accepted we will provide instructions for the return.
Follow these steps for the return request:
- Go to the order page after logging in
- He clicks Return Products for the shipment containing the products he wants to return
- Change the amount you want to return if necessary
- Select the motif from those available
- Leave if you would like comments
- Eventually add other products to the return
- Click the button to request a return
* IMPORTANT: You can return one or product only if it is not deprived of its seals, for example: protective film (if the article provides for it), cap with seal tab (example for cosmetics).
Used products cannot be returned.
Once the product arrives at our office, it will be inspected and if suitable for return, a refund will be issued with methods to be agreed.
