RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
According to the provisions of the law (art.59 paragraph E DLGS 21/2/2014), the Purchaser may, within the term of 14 (fourteen) working days from the date of receipt of the package containing the ordered goods, withdraw from the purchase contract without penalty and without any reason by contacting customer service.
The Buyer, exercising the right of withdrawal in accordance with this article, within the terms and according to the methods described below for the return of the products, may obtain at his choice:
- reimbursement of the amount paid for the products returned to the central warehouse, by re-crediting the relevant amount on your credit card or by bank transfer.
- the possibility (subject to the authorization of our customer service) to change the products purchased on the ProfumoMania.com Website with other products available, at your choice.
- the credit (discount code) of an amount equal to the price of the products returned to the central warehouse, usable only on the ProfumoMania.com Internet Site
- The return is possible for shipments to Italy.
- For foreign shipments the return is a solo concession due to eventual differences in the product and not for erroneous purchase on the part of the client.

Pursuant to article 67 paragraph 3 of the Italian Consumer Code, the return costs will be borne exclusively by the Buyer.
ProfumoMania.com will reimburse the customer the full amount already paid for the product within 14 days of receipt of the return form containing the decision to exercise the right of withdrawal.
ProfumoMania.com may withhold the reimbursement until it has received the goods or until the Purchaser has demonstrated that he has returned the goods.
The refund will be made by transferring the amount charged to the credit card or by bank transfer using the bank details (IBAN code of the invoice holder) supplied by the Purchaser within the Return Form.
In addition to the legal provisions, ProfumoMania.com, in order to provide an additional service to its customers, can evaluate the return of the product intact in all its parts, even in a period of more than 10 days but less than 2 months.
To take advantage of this form of extension of the right of withdrawal, however, the authorization of the customer service is necessary.
The products must be returned to ProfumoMania.com in their substantial integrity, with their original packaging, accessories, instructions for use and anything else supplied with them, in conditions that can be put back on sale.
We also remind you that packages sent at the expense of the recipient will not be accepted.
The Buyer and / or the recipient of the Order must necessarily fill out the appropriate Return Form, received via email after contacting the customer service, duly completed and signed as indicated.
To change products purchased online, it is necessary to present a copy of the purchase invoice or order confirmation received with the goods.
The change can be made only with products of an amount equal to or greater than those that you wish to return, the partial re-credit of the amount spent can in fact only be obtained by returning the product to the head office.
The return of the products beyond the legal term established for the withdrawal and the contractual cancellation will not be accepted.
