ProfumoMania.com accepts orders by phone or fax.

Orders via phone: you can contact us from 09:00 to 13.00 and from 17:00 to 20:30, from Monday to Saturday. We will write down the products that you want and your address for the shipping.

Orders via fax: you can download orders forms via fax directly here (Fax order form) or you can download it from the home page. You can find it right down.

I have no credit card or online accounts, may I directly pay on delivery?

Of course, ProfumoMania.com accepts cash on delivery too.

You will pay to the carrier in cash. (We don’t accept cheque).

Can I trust you? What guarantee can you offer?

In accordance with Legislative Decree no. 206/2005, implementing Directive 97/7 / EC, with ProfumoMania.com Company: Perfume of the brothers Napoleon F & G snc, communicates that you can exercise the right of withdrawal within 14 days date of receipt of goods. To exercise this right, must send notice by registered mail with return receipt within 48 hours after arrival at the material: Perfumery Napoleon C.so Canio Musacchio No. 43 - 70024 Gravina in Puglia (Ba); the object that you will return there must be complete in all its parts composing it, in any accessories, in appearance and in its original packaging and accompanied by the invoice or sales receipt. The Perfumery Napoleon reserves the right to inspect the merchandise returned, in its integrity and completeness, before giving over to a refund; if the same is found to be integrated into the form, content, or at least, no longer in a position to be relisting, the right to reimbursement will not be recognized.

   Enclose our receipt or the invoice you have received with the parcel and send it via  fax to 0803222178 or via e-mail.

 

Products must be sent again intact and with no defect to the wrapping. Then we recommend you to use an adequate package for the shipping.

Once we receive the parcel and check the contents (product/s and receipt or invoice), we will take care of the reimbursement.

 

I’m looking for a perfume no more produced, may I commission you in the research?

Profumomania.com has got a wide catalogue of Vintage Perfumes carefully selected before the selling.

In case you don’t find your perfume in the catalogue, send us an e-mail with the right name of the perfume and its brand. We will answer within 24 hours, after varied researches.

 

I consulted the section “treatments for face and body” but I am inexperienced and I am confused on the purchase.

I don’t live in Italy, how can I buy your products?

After choosing products and putting them in the trolley, if you buy from the European community, go to “ international shipping” . If you buy out from the European community, go to “ intercontinental shipping”.

The trolley will calculate the shipping cost on the basis of products number. Then you can conclude your order inputting your data and country.

 

How can I pay if I am not in Italy?
