Two-phase professional anti-cellulite intensive treatment system to be done comfortably at home. PHASE 1: DRAINING LEG TAPING (3 days)
A - CUT THE DRAINING TAPE LEGS
• With the help of the lines printed on the protective film (fig. 1), cut out:
2 STRIPES FOR THE BACK OF THIGHS with a length of 30 cm each (6 squares of 5 cm)
2 KNEE STRIPES 20 cm long each (4 squares of 5 cm)
• For each tape proceed by cutting 4 strips of equal width lengthwise and making sure to leave the last whole square (5 cm). To make it easier to cut the tape in half first (fig. 2-3) and then further divide the two strips obtained in half (fig. 4-5)
• Finally, round the two corners of the intact square, uncut, for all 4 tapes (fig. 6)
B - APPLY THE TAPE ON THE BACK THIGHS (30 CM LONG TAPE)
• While seated, bend the leg lifting it towards the chest to stretch the muscle band (fig. 2)
• Peel off the protective film starting from the uncut square (fig 1)
• Continue applying it to the center of the back of the thigh, anchoring it near the buttock area (fig. 2)
• Remove the protective film from the first strip and proceed by applying it towards the back of the knee, without pulling but resting it and making it adhere to the skin gently (fig. 2)
• The 4 strips are applied one at a time trying to form a radial pattern. (fig. 3-4)
• Proceed in the same way on the other leg (fig. 5-6)
C - APPLY THE TAPE ON THE KNEES (TAPE LONG 20 CM)
• Bend the knee at 90 ° so that the skin is well stretched (fig. 2)
• Peel off the protective film starting from the uncut square (fig. 1)
• Apply it by placing it on the outer side of the thigh, above the knee (fig. 2)
• Remove the protective film from the first strip and proceed by applying it towards the inner thigh. (fig. 3)
• The 4 strips are applied one at a time in the shape of a sunburst, without pulling but resting them and making them adhere to the skin gently (fig. 4)
• Proceed in the same way on the other knee (fig. 5-6)
PHASE 2: ANTI-CELLULITE CRYO-GEL (4 days)
• In the morning and / or evening, apply Crio-Gel Anticellulite on the legs starting from the ankles with strokes from the bottom upwards and small circles with the fingertips of both hands. Then work your way up your thighs to your buttocks and hips in circular motions.
On the 8th day you restart from PHASE 1. Alternate Phase 1 and Phase 2 for 5 weeks.
